~Accident ~

Posted by Merging Point in , , , , ,

On the road, when we drive, it is necessary to ensure to follow the rules of driving for a safe journey. But, have you observed , despite following the rules, sometimes we may end up meeting with an accident? One such accident that took place recently revealed the importance of safe journey not just on the road but also in life to be followed.

While seated next to the teenager who was driving the car, i suddenly noticed an almost head on collision with yet another youngster who was on a bike and came and banged at a turn from the wrong side. For a moment, we thought the car must have ran over the boy, but, luckily, nothing happened to him except that both our vehicles had the effects of the bang as evident damage on the body. The boy left the scene. The girl who was driving the car was explaining that she was on the right side and it was his mistake. yes, no doubt on that, but what about the consequences --a narrow miss on a life, damage to the vehicle and above all the trauma she experienced for a moment. It is not enough to follow the rules but one has to be alive to the reality of the present for a safe journey and avoid as much as possible an accident.

while relating this incident to our life, it is similar that we come across various kind of people with various states of mind in the road called the world. Firstly, we need to have the knowledge of driving a vehicle, body and mind. learn them well to have the best of controls put to the best of use. Then, be on the road, the world and be aware of the rules and follow them. above all, be alive and alert to the "outside the rule", that is the reality, the truth of the present and know to deal with it wisely. On the road, we avoid the vehicle that comes in the wrong direction or sometimes apply the brakes swiftly to avoid the bang.

In life too, we need to act wisely to avoid the expressions of indicators of accidents. If you watch the most compatible person, he or she may not be the same with everyone around. Even a joke will not be uttered to the disturbed personality. Various levels of interaction is very essential for a safe journey mainly to ensure that the disturbed personality is not pushed further into discomfort. This is whats called, acceptance. Acceptance and adaptability go hand in hand. Creation, eventhough, essentially contains the same, one consciousness, yet its expressions are numerous. We can value them all as they are only when we learn to connect to our own consciousness.

Rules are like facts, reality of the present is the truth. lets know the facts and follow the truth too!

awareness and living in the present moment is the key. But to use it practically (24x7) is very difficult, that's why accidents do happen in our real life incidents also. Nice post merging point.

This is a great analogy! Yes, we must be aware and accept the perspectives of everyone as we travel this journey.

Hello Merging Point,

"We can value them all as they are only when we learn to connect to our own consciousness."

This is true, it is only when we accept ourselves as we are, we are open to accepting others.

Thanks for your wisdom!

Merging Point, what a beautiful profile photo. You glow with wisdom and happiness. :D

I have often thought when in a car that even one inch clear of an impact can make a difference of life and death. Such a little space for such monumental consequences.

Great post with super imagery. Loooove this blog!!!

It is often said that while driving, the individuals you encounter can be far more dangerous than your own driving. In this way, driving is an invitation to raise self-awareness and to recognize no matter how knowledgable and prepared you assume you are, the learning curve continues as does your soul journey.

so very true Liara!
rarely maybe, the vehicle can become faulty but mostly it is the human mind behind the wheels that lead to many many accidents.
Thankyou for your insightful comment.
