~ Humour ~
Laugh to feel light. A magical statement indeed. It has to happen naturally to have its immense lightness. Forced to perform, it turns out to be another action executed.
Sense of humour is an innate nature of the human being. Some are ruled by it, some rule it and yet another ruin it totally. The first category are invariably condemned as "gone case" and the beauty of the humour gets blemished by overdoing. At times, it can land the one who cracks the joke into a crater, if used at the wrong time affecting the sentiments.
The one who rules knows it well and lets it flow. Its not a prepared , preplanned action. The vision to see it with a touch of humour lets one to lead a life of lightness and have that aura of light around too. Such people despite a heavy share of unpleasant incidents in life, cross the ocean of turbulence only because of this innate torch --humour. You may be shocked to know their exact life pattern and the people they have to live with. But it doesnt bother them. They just switch on to the patterns of day and night as and when needed. Ofcourse, the joyous with less share of heavy burden too make the life richer with this innate torch.
The third category, irrespective of what life has to render to them, they simply prefer to cloud their mind and ruin the art of letting humour light up the life. You can easily identify such people from the rest.
Wish to share a incident with one who can probably be called as moving with a heavy, heavy load. When asked, when did she come? She said, i came 35 years ago but had a major accident some 10 years ago.(mentioning her married life) believe me, whenever she is there, its filled with fun. She inspires many by the way she looks and takes life in its flow. Working hard both at work and at home, its her humour that enhances her presence. Life had been hard yet the light of humour has made it light.
People with a sense of humour invariably are more focussed and deliver the goods with ease. less stress, less sickness of the body and mind, laughter indeed is theraputic too.
