When it is in the fluid state, it flows, ever so fresh reaching as many, The Water! When it freezes, thats the end of it. Freezing resembles fixations in life, better said as concepts. Formation of ice particles have been taking place from our birth, thanks to all the contributors-- family, society etc. Over a period it becomes a solid block of ice arresting the flow and reflecting only from the standpoint of ice, the concepts. It does take a solid step to break the ice and let the water flow. Frozen is heavy, stagnant and secured --the best comfort zone. Flowing is light, ever changing, fresh and adventurous. Meditation is the process to dissolve the ice and and let the lightness and freshness of the mind flow forever. Learning the ways to break and dissolve the ice is just not sufficient. One has to apply the technique to let the process happen. Then watch that gushing of water from deep within!
