~ Freedom ~

Given a chance to watch the early morning sunrise, many would go for it. It is a desire driven by the force within to watch it. But, some may be bound by laziness would end up continuing as an unfulfilled desire.

Desire from the heart through the mind gets the taste of it through the windows of the senses. May be one may choose to go up the terrace to get a better view than be satisfied by the partial view from the balcony. Once coming into direct contact with the happening, the experience begins. The eye which becomes the window to the beauty of the outer sunrise, if you observe, suddenly in a moment of awareness can outwardly choose to let the eyelids embrace gently each other and thereby open the view to the Self within. It is just a moment to be...
The desire of the form unveiling to the moments of fulfillment. Abundant love spring forth from nowhere for no reason. Sense of lightness and freedom prevailing everywhere . There is no longing because it has crossed the boundaries and limitedness of this form and has expanded to the unlimited.

No matter how wonderful that moment had been, one has to return back to the form, the limited to carry on with rest of the activities. Unlike a fragrance of sandalwood that can fill a room, the fragrance of the Divine moment need not reach everyone around. It is primarily for the Self and may be those around with the subtleties to the fragrance may notice. But then, it doesn't matter. It is for the individual to taste and be with it...

What begins as a subject and object activity, form and sunrise, in those moment of awareness takes one beyond too. In oneness, when it is no longer a longing for an object desired by the subject, the descending of oneness is bestowed by the Divine grace. Neither the subject nor the object needs to be rejected but only to be realized as having the same consciousness. In fact, they play a vital role in the process of realization but just that one needs to be watchful in not getting bound by them.

Love is liberating...
Freedom is fulfillment...

Oh Merging Point, one of the most powerful post I have seen from you. I like freedom and I have freedom. Just there are responsibilities I must do...but those are my choices. Anna :)

Thankyou Anna! Choices are like platforms to choose, but real Freedom is Divine(Master) grace bestowed on the platform of patience and faith.

Merging Point, don't you find a great paradox in the fact that in our moments of ONENESS, when we feel connected to the ALL, we are also in a state of being the most singular and subjective that we can be?

Just the fact that PARADOX exists in such a powerful and ubiqutious way, speaks to the yin-yang nature of things. Reality is neither linear nor polar!

Dear Lynda, may be not as a subjective loner but yes as an all inclusive "alone".
yes, indescribable...

Merging Point - What I mean to say is that when we are in that consciousness of ONENESS, all inclusive as it is, we are ironically standing "alone" in that awareness, most likely! (Unless we are in a deep-prayer or meditation session with other people--and even then, the ONENESS may not come to many people.)

You have so eloquently expressed your thoughts on love and freedom. We can and do become one with the universe and go beyond our form and return with a greater knowing and a greater energy that we share with all whom come our way.

Dear Lynda, with my own personal experience, i feel, there is no form for identification and hence there is no subject or object division happening in that oneness. But, yes, we may outwardly appear as standing alone.

Thankyou Mark! Loved the way you said it too...

Merging Point, I find that interesting because even in those times when I experience Oneness, I'm aware of being "contained" in my own body and ego.

Do you meditate in any formal sort of way?
Merging Point said…
Dear Lynda, what begins as awareness of the self within expands and dissolves the wall(body)not just with one's ownself but also with the rest of the creation and it becomes one, in those moments.

What began as formal meditation, by the grace of The Master is expanding to a meditative state of awareness. Grateful the process had begun...

Tapping into divine grace and oneness enables a being to rise above the limits of emotions and worldly experiences. As you say, moments are precious, joyful and timesless. We benefit from wisdom to be found in each one. This raises awareness and sharpens consciousness from an expanding view.
