~ Wheel of creation ~

Pot making wheel -- have you ever heard a ball of clay walking up to the potmaker, disclosing what it wants to be and then climb up and place itself on the centre of the wheel? A pot is made out of the choicelessness and awarelessness of the clay. The creator prepares the ball of clay, places it at the right time on a spinning wheel, guides the formation in coordination with the speed and shape he wants and eventually at the right time lifts it out from the wheel too to be presented as an item to the world. The whole process is purely happening in the awareness and choice of the maker. The one to be molded needs to become a clay only then it can just be something in this world. Clay doesnot instruct the maker nor has a wish to become this or that. It is just as it is, simply being. We, as humanbeings have entered this world with a definite form, mind full of desires and concepts and yet struggle to become whatever it is. Unlike the clay, when we just surrender ourselves to the Divine with utmost awareness, drop the becoming and remain as just being on the wheel of creation, rest will happen as it is. Its the Divine, the maker who spins the wheel of world of events and also guides us by placing his hands to gives us a shape. The stay on the wheel, the shape, the time of removal-- all according to what the Divine wants it to be. Ball of clay as vase, pot, artifacts etc.., all of them remain in a shape, each unique in its own usage, retaining the one universal essence and remaining as a witness to the shape. Its all about going back to the beginning from becoming and just letting the Divine to let us just be. Remain a disciple to just be, let The Master be your maker.

Hello mergingpoint. You use a language that brings pictures in my mind. These pictures are clear and easy to understand.

What if?

What if the maker doesn't care?
Well that wouldn't contradict your point of view, but it would render me some liberties within the constraints of my form.

You would still remain as clay, part of this world.
BTW, do you think its you who bought a ticket to enter into this show -- World? If not, then why bother. Neither the birth nor the death is in our hands. The one who gave birth will certainly take care, just that it may not right now appear so. Awareness clears all illusion. Clay at site or clay on the wheels -- just be the clay.

To recognize the Divine in oneself is to transcend those things that hold you back from true fulfillment.
